Terms of Shipping Service

Modaprax provides Free Shipping on all order within Australia. Please note we require a physical address for shipping as we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. 

Orders for our Pergola Brackets, Shade Sails and Accessories will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.

The estimated transit time is 5-10 business days for metropolitan and regional areas. Please note that estimated delivery times are subject to change depending on the courier company. 

Our products are sent in multiple boxes depending on the bundle or kit that you have ordered. In most cases they will be dispatched and delivered at the same time. However, if you have not received all your items, please contact us immediate and we will help you track your order and confirm estimated delivery time of the remaining items. 

Return & Exchange Service
